Safety and Compliance

This product complies with Australian safety standards for pet products. It is not intended for use by children as a toy. Ensure the scratching post is placed on a flat, stable surface to prevent tipping. Regularly inspect the product for signs of wear and tear, especially the sisal rope and hanging toys, to ensure safe use for your pet.

Care Instructions

To clean, use a soft brush or vacuum to remove pet hair and debris from the plush surfaces. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild pet-safe detergent if needed. Avoid soaking the product in water, as this may damage the particleboard core. Replace the scratching post if the sisal rope becomes excessively worn to maintain its effectiveness.
